The hotel offers a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from St Mark's Square. The stairs were quite steep for carrying luggage.

Relaxing stay for 2 nights or less. Boutique hotel in a really cute area just off the alleys north of San Marco, San Marco and Rialto, and old Venice. Unique room with queen bed, incredible location. A mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe - very useful.

A little cramped bathroom.

Sound insulation issues lead to noise disturbances!!! Small bathroom sizes limit comfort!!!

Had a lovely stay! The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk to St Mark’s Square. Rooms were super clean, and the breakfast served in our room was a nice touch. Only downside was the narrow stairs with luggage!

The Relais Venezia is a great place to stay if it's your first time in Venice. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull, the rooms are cosy and nice, the bed is confortable and the location is perfect. The hotel is right behind the San Marcos square but just out of the why of the crowds so it is quite enough for a good nights sleep. I would definetly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The breakfast is a bit small, but that just means you'll have more tummy room for the great italian cooking founnd in restaurants and pastrys nearby.

Basic, but very clean and pleasant staff.

It was a great place to stay. Very close to the centre of Venice, its attractions, shops and restaurants. Room was really nice and clean, and the best thing was that we could have breakfast in the room every morning! We were on the top floor and there was a great skylight in the room, where by night you could see the stars and by day you could see the beautiful city view. A very nice place to stay and highly recommended.

The only thing we would have liked was tea / coffee facilities in the room.

The place is an absolute gem for a quiet retreat, just a short stroll from St Mark's Square. The well-thought-out small room offers plenty of electrical sockets to keep your devices charged while the firm bed and walk-in shower are solid touches for a comfortable stay.

Finding the entrance is like navigating an asteroid field. It's tucked away in the winding alleys and can be tricky without a proper map. The breakfast service means you have to plan your meals the night before, which can be a hassle when on vacation. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, and there's no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which could be a letdown for those who like their morning brews accessible.

We stayed in a beautiful room that was within a 5 minute walk of San Marco. The staff was friendly and laid out a nice breakfast. The best part was the beautiful bathtub, it was like a small pool. Highly recommend

This hotel impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness and excellent service. The management was very attentive, providing personal recommendations for dining and activities. I loved the well-decorated Superior Double Room, it offered comfort and was spacious compared to what I'd expect from a Venice hotel. The breakfast was fulfilling and served with flexibility. One downside was the limited breakfast options. There could have been more variety, especially in terms of local cheese selections. Another issue was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, a bit disappointing. The location was great, just a short walk from major sights. I'd still gladly return for the overall experience and the warm atmosphere.
